1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any mAIapps application or website ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mAIapps.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and not share it with others
- Notify us immediately at hello@maiapps.net if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Permitted Use
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Apps
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from our Services
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
- Use the Services to harass, harm, or threaten others
5. Disclaimers
5.1 HavenLink — Wellness Tool Only
HavenLink is designed as a personal safety and caregiver support tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or emergency services. In a genuine emergency, always contact your local emergency services (e.g. 995 in Singapore).
5.2 AlphaOracle — Entertainment Only
AlphaOracle provides astrological and market timing content for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Nothing in AlphaOracle constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, or professional advice of any kind. All decisions made based on AlphaOracle content are entirely at your own risk.
5.3 General
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mAIapps and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed SGD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including text, graphics, logos, app design, and code — are owned by mAIapps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. User Content
Where our Apps allow you to submit content (e.g. journal entries, notes), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant mAIapps a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
